Hello!
I’m Hadley! I’m a musical theatre performer, dancer, and voice student currently pursuing my degree in Musical Theatre with a double major in Theatre Entrepreneurship at MidAmerica Nazarene University. Performing has been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve fallen in love not just with performing, but with storytelling, character work, and the ability theatre has to connect people in a meaningful way.
Alongside performing, I’ve spent the past several years teaching dance to students ages 2–11, which has deepened my passion for mentorship, creativity, and helping others grow in confidence. Whether I’m in a rehearsal room, a classroom, or on stage, I’m driven by a desire to create, inspire, and bring authenticity to every space I’m in. This website is a collection of my work, experiences, and creative journey. Here, you’ll find performance reels, past projects, and a glimpse into who I am as both an artist and a person. Thank you for being here and supporting what I love to do!
My Story
My story as a performer really began in the church.
Some of my earliest memories are of being in church musicals, learning harmonies, watching stories come to life on stage, and feeling the joy of performing in a space rooted in faith and community. That’s where I first discovered not only my love for theatre, but also my belief that storytelling can be something deeply meaningful—that it can encourage, uplift, and connect people on a deeper level. My faith continues to be a foundation in both my life and my work, shaping the kind of stories I want to tell and the environments I hope to create.
As I grew older, that passion followed me into more formal training. After years of just being in school choir, I began studying vocal performance at thirteen and started dance training at fourteen, eventually joining Trilogy Cultural Arts Centre, where I spent years growing as both a performer and a person. Trilogy pushed me artistically, challenged me to refine my technique, and gave me opportunities to perform and teach—experiences that solidified my desire to pursue this professionally. It was there that I began teaching dance to young students, a role I held for roughly five years, working with kids ages 2–11. Teaching has been one of the most impactful parts of my journey, constantly reminding me that performance is not about perfection—it’s about confidence, joy, and authenticity.
Now, I’m continuing that journey at MidAmerica Nazarene University! College has allowed me to deepen my training, expand my range as a performer, and explore who I am as an artist on a more intentional level. It’s also where I’ve begun to more fully develop another passion of mine: choreography.
Choreography, for me, is where movement and storytelling fully collide. I love the process of taking music, emotion, and intention and translating it into something physical—something that communicates just as powerfully as words or lyrics. Whether I’m creating for young dancers in a classroom or exploring ideas in a rehearsal space, choreography allows me to lead, collaborate, and bring a vision to life in a completely different way. It’s become an essential part of how I express myself as an artist.
Across every stage of my journey from church productions, to Trilogy, to now pursuing my degree one thing has remained constant: my desire to create work that feels honest, purposeful, and impactful. I’m drawn to stories that make people feel seen and known, and I strive to bring authenticity, vulnerability, and intention into everything I do.
This website is a reflection of that journey. Here, you’ll find my performance reels, past projects, choreography work, and a deeper look into my growth as both a performer and a person. More than anything, it’s a space that represents where I’ve been, what I’m passionate about, and where I’m headed next. I truly believe that the ability to perform is a gift and I don’t take that lightly. My goal is to use that gift to create, to connect, and to tell stories that matter.
A large part of my heart is dedicated to Tamarisk Theatre Company, a faith-based vision for creating meaningful, high-level training and performance opportunities. You can learn more and follow that journey here: [link]
